“I went into to get the battery changed on two of my expensive watches. They do not have any watch mechanics in store it is the sales assistance that repair and replace the batteries that work in the store. Both my expensive watches came back with the back scratched and have now devalued. Don't use the store if you have expensive watches go somewhere else and use a watch mechanic. The customer service was appalling when asked the sales assistant why have my watches been scratched I got a reply "saying there will get scratched it can't be helped".”
