“I attended F Hinds this morning to have a replacement battery fitted into my watch. The response I received from the members of staff was both polite and immediate. They understood the problem, completed the paperwork and asked me to return in 30 minutes. This I did and my watch was fixed and working correctly. Very good service received from both members of staff and we will return in future.”
