“The service in the shop was OK. No engaged interaction with either assistant I saw they seemed uninterested and just going through the motions. I bought a ring and it needed resizing so they said it should take 3-4 days. so my email address and mobile number were taken and I was informed when it was ready they would contact me. A week and a half later I contacted them and it had been ready for a while. The assistant I saw again was totally disengaged and in fact, seemed a little frustrated to have their conversation with a colleague interrupted. My husband and I looked at each other thinking the same thing! We were not impressed.”
