“All members of staff are very polite, knowledgeable. and helpful. On all occasions I have shopped in store in F. Hinds Waltham Cross the staff have been able to advise and respond to questions regarding different pieces of jewellery, providing very helpful guidance. Staff make relevant recommendations if/as necessary and always listen carefully to the customer’s requirements, without being ‘pushy salespeople.’ It is indeed the staff’s expertise and the originality of F.Hinds jewellers that is very much appreciated and encourages customers to make purchases and to return- bringing future customers with them.
