“Staff are very friendly but i was very disappointed with the item purchased because upon opening the box when I got home the watch had no functioning battery despite it being sold to us by the watch expert. I had to travel back to the store to resolve the problem by way of the watch being refunded and repurchasing a new watch which we will now need to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive back in stock”
