Customer service is horrible. Event people who use this for tickets should be boycotted. Won’t let you change times unless you give 48 hours notice. Difficult to do when you put it in and try to change immediately after purchase.

I had one of the worst customer experiences with Fever. I booked tickets for an event and contacted them within 10 minutes to cancel due to a serious health issue affecting one of the participants. The event was still weeks away, and I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable – just a refund, reschedule, or even a credit. Their answer? A cold copy-paste reply: “Tickets are non-refundable. No exceptions.” No empathy. No understanding. No customer care. Meanwhile, the same event is available on other platforms like Viator and GetYourGuide, where you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance. Fever simply chooses to be rigid and profit-driven at the expense of customer trust. I will never use Fever again and strongly recommend avoiding it – especially when there are so many better, more humane alternatives.

Horrible experience. I was given the impression that VR was included. The building was 3 levels and you had to go up and down steps which were gross. Worst $70 I've spent in a long time. If you're in the Cincinnati area do not go to this exhibit.

My husband and I purchased tickets for the Titanic exhibit a month in advance. Unfortunately, I became severely ill and was unable to attend. When I requested to reschedule, they refused to accommodate the change. If you’re considering buying, be aware that if you get sick, you’ll lose your money. I recommend purchasing tickets on the day of the event to avoid this issue.

Paid upcharge for VIP tickets to experience Virtual Realty at Titanic Exhibit. The VR system was not working on the date or our visit and apparently has not been working since the exhibit opened. Fever refuses to refund the fee for the services they did not provide. Can only communicate with customer service via email and the responses are that ticket fees are non-refundable. they didn't deliver what was paid for and refuse to refund.

If your going to sell tickets right up into your 48 hour policy window. Atleast have a proper support system to fix problems when your website screws up ticket times/dates. Very unhappy will not be booking through fever ever again.

I received an event code and when tried to use it, the code didn’t work and my credit card was charged. I immediately reached out to customer service and they refused to refund the money and was told to use the code that didn’t work to begin with. DO NOT BUY TICKETS from this company!

I booked tickets for a venue which had no disability access. They refused a refund Absolutly livid. Have not lost ticket money and fee for a hotel we booked. Will never be using them again. Discusting customer service, under the circumstance. Contacted them two months before the event took place. Just deleted their app.
