Very prompt responses to my enquiries and welcoming staff at the venue. The flamenco event was a masterpiece of dance and was both atmospheric and spiritual. A very enjoyable experience. I’m looking forward to seeing more events from Fever.

Charlie was extremly helpful when I asked about ticket upgrades due to travel disruption. They also went as far as to check what would happen if I turned up late without me asking. Really amazing customer service

Just used the online chat to ask a question. Got an immediate response to my questions. Great customer service. Used Fever a few times now and it’s always been very straightforward.

They charge you a fee for every single ticket. You are unable to get a refund and just to change your date, they charge you all of the fees all over again. I would not recommend purchasing through this app if you have a choice.

Great service Easy to book tickets and great communication. I hade one error when I booked twice for the same event (possibly my own fault) but they sorted it and refunded my over-payment quickly. Not many ticket agents would do that.

Amazing customer service and great platform to use! I made a mistake booking dates and time and it was sorted within 20 minutes which is extremely rare so very thankful!!
