Had to request refund literally right up to the deadline within half hour left of allotted timescale to cancel, due to Covid & no questions asked.

My issues always been solved and dealt with in a very professional and friendly manner. I am happy with the app and pleased with the customer service. They are always helpful, available and making sure the problem is sorted in no time.

First time using Fever and not yet been to the event, but I made an error on my ticket ordering, however, the situation was resolved quickly, without any blame being attached to me, although I was an idiot! Excellent customer service from Isabela, Fabiana and Seojin. Richard.

We used Fever to purchase west end show tickets in London. Our card was charged 69 per person x 5 and we received tickets in our app. We arrived to the location advised by fever 15 min before the show and they refused to let us on since Fever didn’t send over our reservation. We tried contacting fever and they said they would give us a refund and it has been impossible to get someone to respond or issue a refund. It was our group and another group of ladies in the lobby that were not allowed to get into the show. Fever collects the money but then needs to confirm the reservation with the venue and they failed to do that. Book your tickets direct and do not use Fever.

Have been to several Fever events and not been disappointed. Customer service are always quick to respond to emails and have always been helpful when I have needed to use them.

Excellent customer service and advise when I needed to amend my tickets to a different time. The CS was really quick at responding to my query and then again when I couldn't locate the exchange voucher. Couldn't have asked for a speedier, easier service than I received. Well done to all at Fever customer service.
