“Paid upcharge for VIP tickets to experience Virtual Realty at Titanic Exhibit. The VR system was not working on the date or our visit and apparently has not been working since the exhibit opened. Fever refuses to refund the fee for the services they did not provide. Can only communicate with customer service via email and the responses are that ticket fees are non-refundable. they didn't deliver what was paid for and refuse to refund.”
“If your going to sell tickets right up into your 48 hour policy window. Atleast have a proper support system to fix problems when your website screws up ticket times/dates. Very unhappy will not be booking through fever ever again.”
“I received an event code and when tried to use it, the code didn’t work and my credit card was charged. I immediately reached out to customer service and they refused to refund the money and was told to use the code that didn’t work to begin with. DO NOT BUY TICKETS from this company!”
“I booked tickets for a venue which had no disability access.
They refused a refund
Absolutly livid.
Have not lost ticket money and fee for a hotel we booked.
Will never be using them again.
Discusting customer service, under the circumstance.
Contacted them two months before the event took place.
Just deleted their app.”
“Purchased tickets using Apple Pay. Tickets were sent to some random email generated by their website. I sent them screenshots of the payments but Fever wanted too much additional proprietary information about my payment methods. I will have to dispute the charge with American Express. What a shame because the event I wish to attend would be great.”
“Unreliable service/website with terrible customer service. Purchased tickets for 3/7/25 and received confirmation. After closer observation, noticed ticket date of event was 7/3/25. Figured I made a mistake and misread the date of the event. No big deal since I was willing to see the event on the date that was listed on my confirmation email. On 3/6/25, received a reminder email that the date of the event was 3/7/25. I had already made other plans that I couldn’t back out of and emailed customer service explaining the error in their emails and asked for either a refund, tickets for a different date, or at least a credit, figuring they still get their money. Zero help from customer service. Said my only option was to give the tickets to someone else. Do not recommend this website unless they fix the glitches with the dates.”
“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
The website clearly states that ticket changes are available up to 48 hours in advance. I caught a really bad flu and cannot make the showtime. I emailed them letting them know I was on my way to the hospital and needed to change the date to next weekend. They repeatedly refused staying that they do not offer refunds under any condition. I NEVER asked for a refund. I own 4 businesses. It's incredibly unfortunate that businesses do not understand the importance of customer service. Customers are the ONLY reason you have a business. I have no control over getting the flu. For you to not honor the statement on your website is a severe grievance to your customers. I bought these tickets as a Valentine's gift to my daughter and son in law and they turned this experience into a nightmare.”
“Very unhappy with how I was dealt with. Purchased tickets to bubble planet for my two nieces under 5 and my sister. We couldn’t attend in the day and knew at the beginning of the week. Tried for 2 days to get hold of someone. Finally did and was reassured by 2 separate agents that my tickets wouldn’t go to waste and that it was being raised and that I’d got in contact in enough time so my tickets weren’t wasted. I kept having to chase this up and by the Friday my tickets had gone to waste and they refused to move my tickets or refund me”
“We purchased tickets based on the setlist. The setlist remained the same as the show started. We were invited bybthe Fever ataff to scan the barcode and follow along with the program. But as soon as it started, they completely changed everything. Then after the show, they quickly updated the setlist. It was a very sneaky change, felt like a bait and switch. And the response we got was too bad, so sad. We've been to many feger events and spent lots of money. After this experience, we will not be back. Very disappointed with the experience and even more disappointed with the lame response!”
“Horrible company to deal with. They offered a promotional code and then didn't apply it to the ticket. When I reached out to discuss, I only got generic responses. I begged to get the issue escalated and was told my request was refused.
Awful company.”
“I never thought I'd get my money back. After months of dead ends, I had lost hope of ever recovering the $86,000 I put into plutus' legacy. But now, I'm here to tell you that it is possible. I came across the platform through an online ad. It promised fast returns The platform claimed I had earned $175,000, but when I tried to withdraw it became a problem. They requested withdrawal fees, and kept on asking for more fees which I paid. At some point, I knew it was a scam, but by then, I had already sunk in another $26,000 in fees. The entire experience was devastating, and I felt foolish for trusting an unknown platform. But I refused to give up. I reached out to chelsy desmarais after reading online testimonials, and to my surprise, they were able to recover 100% of my original investment. It was a huge relief.
