I made an error with the date when I booked, I was panicking that I would not be able to to change the date, but I emailed Fever and they were so very helpful, they cancelled the original tickets and sent me a voucher to book the correct date! Thankfully

Fantastic customer service. Very helpful when I needed to change the date as well as being patient when I messed up using the voucher they provided. I’m very impressed will use Fever again. Many thanks Irene

Venue not close to a tube station, and not easy to find. Staff good, experience good, best thing for me was the VR experience into Monet's world. Loved it! I need a refund of one ticket out of 5 as one person could not attend due to a medical emergency - my query is being looked at and I am waiting for a further response in this matter.

Booked the wrong time for our tickets. Maria on Chat on the app cancelled within few minutes and I was able to rebook. Quick and efficient. Thank you

I had to change my ticket for another day and I was surprised how quickly they responded. Within an hour my original ticket was cancelled and was sent a voucher of the same value to rebook for another day.

The customer service I received before making the purchase, was one of a kind. The fever team have gone above and beyond on their accessibility and helping me throughout my experience. I had some trouble with my navigation and transport getting to the venue, that I missed my 6:30 booking. Luckily they had a few spots left and places that I could be, and I was put close to where I had initially booked. The venue staff and the security were very kind and accommodating. The show was outstanding and an exceptional evening, I would highly recommend not to listen to any reviews or videos before seeing the London Quartet group. One of a kind experience, delivered with high standard. Exceptional - thank you.
