We had booked the Harry Potter experience in Manchester last year. Unfortunately on the day my daughter fell ill and we could not go. Fever honoured our booking by extending a voucher for a year for the total amount. I was this year able to book a different experience with my voucher. Everyone that responded to my enquires were efficient, professional and extremely helpful. Thank you great Fever team, will book with you again.

Superb service! Having booked the wrong time, this company politely, speedily and fairly sorted out my problem and gave clear explanation/instruction for changing my tickets - a breath of fresh air in the world of online booking.

I wasn't sent a confirmation email for a candlelight concert in London so contacted Fever and they helped me by sending the email after providing them with all the relevant information. I am more than happy with the service I received.

Terrible website with no customer service . You make a mistake your on your own . I made a mistake when ordering tickets the first time I used the website and had no recourse to correct my tickets. I was told that not only would they not help me correct my tickets and that they would offer me a voucher not a refund. I wanted the tickets changed so a small problem went to a big one . Good luck if anything goes wrong your stuck.

After am unfortunate double booking due to website/browser issues, I was able to talk to an actual super helpful human, what a rarity today. All resolved immediately, stress gone. I'll use again and again. You can trust fever.
