Ordering was straight forward and despatch was quick and efficient. It was a pleasure to be able to support a small family business … or at least it should have been. Unfortunately, there was one issue: bubble wrap was used in the parcel, wrapped around the boot box. Surely there were more environmentally sustainable alternatives available. I would be a little reluctant to order further from this company if they continue to use single use plastic so unnecessarily.
