“Good product lineup and fast arrival, but high transportation charges to Japan”

“The ordering process is easy and straightforward - very user friendly. Unfortunately the goods were packed poorly for posting. Items intended to be given as gifts were crammed into the box, damaging the individual items packaging. A minor matter to some but very important when the intention is for them to be given as presents.”

“Product I bought was okay, material was thinner than I expected. But the pacaking is the reason why I give this a three star review. It came in a cardboard box, size of a large letter, which was fine. However, the product I bought (a t shirt) had no plastic packaging around it like it normally should to protect it. If it had been raining or anything it would have been damaged, not good”

“Kept informed by emails, well packaged . Unfortunately the flexmarkers I ordered were not such good value as thought as one pen completely dried up and others not too juicy either.”

“Top was cheap , packaging was shabby . Thrown in a plastic bag no lacoste bag . Top was screwed up and full of creases . Maybe it’s because this was the last one . Not really a complaint as price was dirt cheap . Would probably order again”

“I wasn't pleased with the service as the delivery price changed at the checkout. When I contacted Fat Buddha Store they explained the discount code I used took me under the threshold for cheaper delivery. This was never highlighted in the checkout process and was even incorrect in my Order Summary. I only found out via my confirmation email. There was no offer of reimbursement so I probably won't use this site again. One positive was that the delivery was fast and did arrive in the allocated one hour time slot.”

Hi Helen, As we explained and i'll explain again, we offer free shipping over say £25, you order something at £25 and its free shipping, you then use a discount code which takes your purchase down to £22.50 then you are not eligible for free shipping as you have not spent £25. (this is standard with every website on the planet) Of course the shipping price changes after you started (the system did not know you were going to use a discount code), as you do not enter the discount code until you are half way through the checkout process. Glad to hear that regarding delivery we done everything correctly and delivery was good.

“Delivery should be next day it arrived 2 days later for the expensive postage i feel like i should have been refunded cost of postage for late delivery as i wasted 2 days off work in order to be home”

“Really nice jacket and the only place that sold the item with next day delivery. However for £110 it wasn’t packaged very well - just wrapped in the DPD bag?? But very nice product and will use again!”

“I find it weird being asked to tell how purchasing a spray paint made me feel happy? It made me happy renovating an old chair with the funky orange paint. The product arrived quickly and on time, that made me happy.”

“Fast delivery, friendly customer service and good products. Just be aware that their free returns policy only applies if you live in close proximity to a 'doddle' store, ie. in London, and is not DPD collect which is used for the delivery! So if you live out of a doddle catchment area it us massively inconvenient to return items and you have to pay through your teeth to send unwanted items back!”

“Had an excellent selection of the spray paint cans that I needed. I would like to see a slightly quicker turnaround time on postage, and I was quite disappointed to see a couple of dents on the cans when they arrived”

“Items were dispatched the same day which is a big plus compared to many other competing businesses. The shipping rates via Royal Mail seem to be very high though. other shops can ship for the same price but DHL Express which takes 5 days and not a good 10 days as it does with Royal Mail.”

Hi Lindsay, Sorry that the parcel was delayed by a day, there was a crash on the trunk road and the lorry missed its connection at the depot. Delighted that you love the t-shirt, you have great taste. Regards

Hi, We now use DPD courier, they text you with a 1hr windoe for delivery, so need to wait around, you can also get it redirected to a neighbour or local chemist/halfords. Hope to have you shopping with us again. Regards
