“To be honest, I was amazed by the service from FatBuddha, the site was very easy to navigate and find what I needed, there is a great range to choose from and the speedy checkout was shadowed only by the delivery time, I placed my order at around lunchtime and the items where at my door the following morning (that that amazon! haha). Will definitely use them again.”

“Brand new Patagonia sweater arrived quickly which was great, but it was damaged with the branded logo falling off. Emailed the sales department to see if anything can be done given the product is no longer in stock, but kept being told "we will get back to you today" and the issue is still not resolved. UPDATE: amending the rating from 2 stars to 4 given that I was offered a partial refund which is much appreciated. Vic was very helpful in trying to come to a solution. Would have been a 5 star review if the item arrived undamaged.”

“Received a spray can with no lid or nozzle attached. When put together it was leaking everywhere, I contacted the complaints department and they sent a message on how to shake it and leave it upside down when the issue wasn’t about it not coming out, it was about it not spraying and leaking from everywhere making it of no use. I emailed them back and didn’t even get a response and it’s been over a week.”
