“Great prices,good customer service,but felt delivery was a bit on the slow side,compared with other companies which were further afield,but still managed to deliver on date stated or earlier and keep me updated on my order,which I had to phone to check up on as only 1 e,mail to acknowledge receiving order from fascia.com.”

“The description on your website as to how to identify whether a left hand or right hand verge unit is required is misleading and leads to incorrect units being ordered. A picture or drawing of a typical roof that identifies which is a left or right verge would be beneficial and more useful.”

“After waiting for ages for some to answer the phone I spoke to a man who was very helpful and said if I put preferred delivery date they would send it for those dates so I made my order using the web . The web site, the site was easy to use and I made a purchase , I left delivery instructions for a couple of days from then ,then on , it went wrong I had no confirmation email from the company , nothing till the next day I get a phone call from delivery driver saying he was at my house , lucky for me the delivery. Company had a great employee who agreed to leave it some where for me, as I was expecting it in a couple of days and I was not there , the price and speed was good just no communication and not reading instructions, I will use. Company again and hope they do better”

“Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. The foil on one of the soffit boards I had ordered was really badly de-laminated in the centre, for about 1 metre of its length. Two of the fascis boards were badly damaged on the lower edge during delivery. Overall not a great experience but I managed to complete the job by planning good cuts.”
