“Easy ordering process. When the fascias were delivered two were unfortunately damaged. The company response was quick and helpful and the replacements were delivered within a couple of days. Also very competitively priced.”

“Very good, prompt and exactly what I ordered.Only slight problem was parts were left literally on my doorstep rather than find somewhere more secure/sheltered or round the back of house.”

“delivered on time as ordered”

“Order was placed on Sunday evening and all parts arrived on Tuesday morning. After unpacking on Thursday night I noticed window cill was damaged. One phone call on Friday morning and submission of a set of evidence pictures via e-mail had replacement part despatched on Friday and arrived on Saturday morning. Fantastic customer service and price equally as competitive as anything else I could find. Thank you.”

“Products are of good quality and at a reasonable price must stress though that you warn delivery company that although heavily wrapped they should not throw down or drop deliveries last delivery of cover boards were damaged slightly but i managed to over come the damaged edges otherwise highly pleased”

“Loved the fact we could get a roof kit rather buying the separate bits. Website very helpful, diagrams and explanation on how the roof kits fit made us feel we could order with confidence. Ordering, tracking and delivery went without a hitch. Would recommend”

“The site was very easy to navigate and payment was easy. I should have paid more attention to the items I was ordering as I didn't realise that the new doors for the electric and gas box were different!! I have looked on the site since and it isn't very clear, Maybe you could make it clearer to us novices that the the electric box is a left hand hinge and the gas is a right hand hinge and one does not fit the other without a LOT of playing around with washers etc. But the order arrived quickly without any problem therefore I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Facias.com to my friends. Well done👍🏻 Regards Paul Walton”
