I would not use this company again. I found there level of customer service appalling and their returns very difficult to carry out overall I would look for another supplier.

Items delivered did not resemble, picture shown on the Internet. No disclaimer or clause stated on actual product page. When I called to question this, I was advised pictures are only representative of items supplied. I was then pointed in the direction of the companies loose and open terms and conditions. Very let down and dissapointed.

Materials arrived very badly damaged and had to be re-ordered. Costing me money in wages for a wasted day, as the work could not be carried out.

Received delivery on 04/08/15 on visual inspection package was in good order however on unwrapping I found the hollow capping to be split.and cracked sent e- mail to advise you and received reply from Robert Moore asking for a photo of the damaged item this was provided on 06/08/15 to date no further communication from your company Therefore not very pleased with your customer service

**AVOID THIS COMPANY** I ordered 43 items from Fascias.com, was told it would be despatched within 24 hours. I received 3 items two days later, all of which were damaged and unusable. I spoke to them and they sent out replacements which I received. I was told all remaining items would be delivered but when delivery arrived it contained only two items. I am currently waiting for nearly 40 items for a job - I am trying to contact for a refund as the service is terrible - I will buy from a local trade in future, don't waste your time and money!

The money has been taken out of my account six days and I still haven't got all of my order. The sales don't pick up the phone. Very very poor

My order was misplaced by the transport company so it did not arrive in time. Took a whole week to receive my complete order. Transporters did not turn up when they said they would. Trying to get in touch with personnel at Master-Plastics is a nightmare - no one picks up the phone even if you let it ring for 5 minutes. When you do get in touch with one of the two people that work there they say they are very busy. I did suggest they ought to employ more staff if they are that busy. I don't think I will order any more material from this company. The only good thing is that the two people I spoke to are very friendly.

Shocked on how bad the delivery service is. Order lasted Thursday for a next day delivery. It still hasn't arrived and it's Tuesday midday! I've called fascia.com, I've called Tufnells the delivery company and just getting fed such rubbish excuses. I'm so angry I have no words left. I'm having to chase both companies and everyday my package is late from I'm getting fined by the managment company that are hiring my company to carry out works. I'm now currently down £750 since Friday (bare in mind the delivery turned up on Friday but they never had the item as it was too big for the truck) and can't see anyone paying for this apart from my own pocket. I'm fuming. I'll never buy from you again. The worst experience ever for such a simple order. Let's see if someone ever calls me back after I send this review.

Whilst the product was what I ordered the delivery of these products was abysmal. Only part of the order was delivered on time, It took 6 days for the rest of the order to be delivered. As the product were fascias, soffits and guttering it resulted in extra costs for me as the workmen could not work due to a lack of parts plus extra costs for the scaffolding. When I raised this with both the company and their courier they washed there hands of the problem. So much for service.

Ordered some eves filler about 3 weeks ago! Still haven't received my order, when I call I am put on hold for 10 minutes and then told someone will call me in a few days! Awful online service, very unhelpful, steer clear from this company if you don't want to be ripped off!!!

I have bought products from you in the past always satisfied, recently I purchased a lite oak dura board, having had this item in the past from you I assumed that the product lengh would be 5metres as before, It was only after I had received the 2.5metre length and checking your website that in very small writing your stock length as halfed in size but not in cost. Another issue is that I also ordered a lite oak mitre strip and 2 end caps, I am yet to see these items, so please can you look into where they are as I need them for Tuesday 12th May.
