Bulbs arrived after some days. One had mould on it so had to be discarded. All labelled clearly.

I have just received my order and planted them out. It’s too early to say how they do, but based on the ones I had last year, I have very high hopes because they were spectacular.

The Iris bulbs (George) and Papaver (Water Melon) arrived in good packaging with clear instructions as to how to deal with each. The bulbs still await planting but the Papaver has been potted up and new growth is already evident. Farmer Gracy kept me updated on the progress of my order. This order now makes up for the disappointment when previously I trawled through for quite a long time to purchase sale items, paid my money and was then advised none were available.

As the seasons progress, bulbs and bare roots can start to deteriorate and occasionally we find that remaining stocks are no longer in good condition. We would not be happy to send you plants which we do not think are viable and in these cases, we process a refund for the items. We apologise for any dissapointment caused. The bulbs I've had since last autumn have been really good value just pray that we don't have the weather variant we had last autumn when my first crocuses I planted didn't flower because of the warm, cold and wet conditions prior to Christmas.

The flower bulbs I purchase are always stunning, specially the new cultivars. I did however order for some bare roots (in particular, the Polemonium 'Golden Feathers') which never sprouted. After advising Farmer Gracy about it, they sent me a replacement. As always - top customer service! Unfortunately, the replacements never came fruition. Disappointing as it was, I didn't bother to advise them again because well - they did their part. I thought maybe it's a bad batch and just charged it to experience - no bare roots again. I never give up though and still trust Farmer Gracy. In fact, I again ordered new spring bulbs from them. From customer care, to planting instructions and the most beautiful packaging - I remain a loyal customer.

Hi some of my bulbs did not grow. I followed the instructions but it was difficult to see , with some of them what was a root or not. That’s probably why?

My bulbs arrived wrapped in paper bags with a touch of wood shavings,( I surmise to keep them free from any moisture). They were in a very good condition, nice, clean and firm. I hope the resultant flowers do the bulbs proud.

Happy mostly. Probably climate change is my biggest challenge.Lots of plant failures as in lots of wasted purchases.

Although I was initially sent the wrong orders, on phoning to let Farmer Gracy know I was very impressed by the efficiency and speed with which Sue (I think it was) said I might keep what had been sent with FG’s compliments, and also organised a priority resend of my original order. It arrived 48 hours later! Brilliant customer care.
