Very good service. have received my order but I would like to know a bit more information about storing my bulbs until it is time too plant them I purchased callas outside white Lilies .

Hello, Thank you for your review. Our bulbs can be stored for a short time if you are not ready for planting. They will be absolutely fine left in their original packaging, in a cool, dry, dark place. You can just open up the paper packs to check the bulbs, and to allow a little extra air flow. These are a great company and great people. The reason for 4stars is the delivery company that they use, EVRI. I am a member on their website and my personal information I gave them they disregard it all😡 Please if you do not have any problems with your local EVRI then Farmer Gracy certainly deserve a look. One of my personal details is, NEVER LEAVE WITH A NEIGHBOUR❗️ please check the picture.

I have ordered plants/bulbs from Gracey over the last few years. Most of the plants have been great - a couple of plants have failed to develop. I love the paper packaging - so much better than plastic. The instructions that come with plants are very helpful and informative

Last years bulbs didn't do well at all but FG replaced them without any quibble. I hope this year's Live up expectations.

I enjoy choosing all the different varieties mostly unusual, not locally available. I had some great results and some failures. The indoor plants are thriving but the dahlias were a slug and snail banquet despite the eggshells, wool, citrus fruit and gravel barriers. Never bother again with dahlia. I have bought crocus and narcissi this time and looking forward to a lovely spring. Love the all paper packaging and the accompanying leaflets.

Hello, It's a shame that your dahlias were damaged by slugs. This year was a particularly bad year for slugs. Even where slugs are causing problems, dahlias will usually produce reliable growth if potted up and grown on for a few months prior to planting into borders. They get a speedier start in pots and can also be positioned off the ground where slugs are less likely to reach them. When they have established some growth, slugs will be far less damaging to the plants once they're planted into the ground. All the best, Farmer Gracy Customer Care

My tulip bulbs arrived! A little on the 'small' side (not sure what size tulips bulbs are?) but I am sure they will bring lots of colour. Beautifully packaged as always PLUS a 10% off voucher to temp me even more! Nice :)

Mixed experience with the ordered plants/bulbs but their customer service is excellent. Delivery is later than specified. Packaging is good esp for bare roots that have come in much better condition than expected for most of them - if anything is broken or rotten or doesn't grow they send replacements or refund. Responsive customer service. This is what I ordered and how it went: Dahlias - Excellent, 8/9 sprouted and I was sent a replacement (the biggest tuber I've ever seen) for the one that didn't Peony bare roots - Excellent - 3/4 sprouted and I was given a refund for the last Aquilegia - Excellent - all 6 bare roots in excellent condition and are growing well Gladiolus - Good - most of the corms have sprouted well Echinacea - Good - 1 bare root ordered and it is growing Potentilla - Good - 2/3 bare roots growing Lupin bare roots - Mixed - first batch of roots dispatched very very late, a few were rotten, replacement sent which was much better. I now finally have 5 bare roots growing among 10 Verbena & Salvia bare roots - Bad - nothing has grown, was refunded when informed Ranunculus corms - Very bad - 2/25 corms growing, assumed it's a hard thing to grow so did not ask for refund plus its been raining non stop Freesia - Disaster - 100 bulbs planted - nothing has grown, did not ask for a refund

Hi I ordered 3 Rosa ever glow ruby Arrived on time all 3 where packaged well and in good condition. I replanted and unfortunately only one has show any sign of life, so I can only assume 2 of them are dead which is disappointing. Dan /m

I am very pleased with the majority of the bare root perennials I've bought. I have potted them up in the greenhouse and the and growing rapidly and look amazing. Unfortunately the three geum firecrackers are dead and so is one of the salvia caradonna. I'm hoping these will be replaced.

A little disappointed in some of my items. Some of my roots did not take , came to nothing - delphinium ( order FG1669908) lupins ( one out of 5)( order FG1564757) Guypsophelia ( FG1564757) .

A little disappointed ladies with some of my products. My5 lupins “mosaic mix” ( one of which has died) & Gypsophilia Bristol Fairy 3 roots from order FG 1564757 have not come through at all and also the delphinium 3 roots from order FG1669908 have not taken at all. Everything else is coming through so far 🤞. Just feel disappointed in those mentioned that it’s “ money for nothing”, sorry, Pamela Mundy
