“Arrived beautifully packaged as usual. Just one concern about Phlox ‘Sweet Summer Sun’ which is very small and weak. I feel this plant will struggle to survive. Everything else is in good condition.”

“I normally never have problems but the last 2 orders the 1 of the saponaria ocymoides did not have enough root on it and has died the other 4 are fantastic the order I got this week the verbena lollipop hardly has any root at all so I don’t think it’s going to survive. I treat all the bare roots the same all the others I’m really happy with so it’s obviously do to the very poor roots they don’t survive.”

“I'm happy with the orders which I have received. I'm sorry to say that one of the dahlias ( lavender perfection ) appears to have failed. All 5 which I received were put into the same tray under glass . The others have shoots of 10 cms+”

“Good prices and lovely packaging with instructions, however bulbs were already shooting and 4 out of 9 bulbs has their tips snapped off. Despatch a bit slow as well.”

“Recieved what l thought was going to be plants,but was roots / tubers. No instuction of how to plant, how deep etc. Would have been nice to have these instructions, so l have planted how l think is OK and hope for the best. Bought 2 items 1 alsto and 5 mini lupins. Can't really review as yet to grow”

“I purchased ranunculus corms from you. I received the corms quickly and they have now been planted. No complaints. However in the same parcel was a leaflet on general information for ranunculus. I wanted to know the flowering height of my corms but there was nothing in your leaflet and neither did I know the variety that you sent. From the internet I understand that these flowers can grow to a height between 8" to 24" and assume that the variety is asiaticus hybrids but it would have been easier if I knew the variety and sizes so I would have known where to plant them in my flower border!”

“Never bought bare root plants did as was recommended, some had shoots on,others didn't, so will have to wait and see and then review the growing. Good service, price was good as long as they all root, trial and error”
