“Quality always great always speak highly but my last 2 orders not so good with keeping me informed and delivery very poor I think I will go to garden centre in the future”

“My overall satisfaction with FG is good. Occassionally there is a little problem which you fix but often it is minor and not worth me complaining. My last order was four packs of 3 lillies, two varieties, so 6 of each. One lillie in one batch was damaged, the shooting bud had broken off as a result of a small area of rot here the bud met the bulb. So one out of 12 is not drastic but a bit disappointing. The high standard of service and general quality of product I get from FG mitigates little problems like this. I guess my reaction to this sort of mishap is the result of the collateral you earn by the standards you usually maintain. Thank you.”

“Takes a long time to have my bulb, but I think it's just becuse it's my first time to buy it. The bulb is pretty good. Can't wait to see it make beautiful leaves !”

“The plants arrived within the suggested time. They were well packaged and protected. The instructions for their care were very comprehensive. I have only given four stars because the outcome and survival of the plants has still to be ascertained.”

“I love getting deliveries from farmer Gracy as they are so beautifully packaged and often include artwork on postcards as a little gift. They recently gave me a bonus £7.50 to spend just for being a loyal customer. Great company. Now for the downside. I tried last year to grow taccas and failed but wanted to try again this year. Sadly one arrived very slimy and I suspect it is rotten. I’ve optimistically planted it but not expecting results. I had this issue last year too. One of the corms looks great though and even has a little green on it so fingers crossed!”

“Good clear instructions for growing on bulbs and bare-rooted plants. Some bare rooted perennials were quite large but three poppies arrived with no top growth. Have potted these up to see if they grow.”

“The bulbs have arrived in very good condition and well packed. Unfortunately they are a little light on details of the individual plants. It would be nice if a how to grow card had been included. Such applicable to each species as whilst you specify position and height on the packing one does not have any idea of spread et cetera and now needs to look up each one. Thank you”

“I ordered some bulbs, a dicentra and an epimedium. They came beautifully packaged. But I expected the dicentra and the epimedium to be actual small plants and they were just roots. I have planted them as the instructions say so I hope they grow. I probably didn’t read the details correctly but it was a surprise”
