“The goose arrived ahead of the timeslot which gave peace of mind (no Margo Christmas is cancelled because it has not been delivered). The quality of the meat was excellent as were the serving suggestions. It would have been better if they had been sent in advance as they looked an interesting alternative from the normal. The bird was well packaged and the quilted foil bag gave excellent protection. Well worth the money spent. Provided very well for our party of 8.”

I love the little Merry Christmas tag with herb sprigs. Our large goose lasts the two of us for 4 meals, plus the extra goose fat for later use. “A superb bird for Christmas. Cooks perfectly and plenty of meat and crisp skin and lasted us for 3 meals. The giblets make excellent gravy and the goose fat turns potatoes in the to perfect roast potatoes.
