“Absolutely excellent goose! This is now the fourth year running for our Christmas goose from Ollie and the taste has been exceptional every single time. I love the little Merry Christmas tag with herb sprigs. Our large goose lasts the two of us for 4 meals, plus the extra goose fat for later use. It is great to know the goose had a good life on the farm. So, thank you, Ollie!”

“A superb bird for Christmas. Cooks perfectly and plenty of meat and crisp skin and lasted us for 3 meals. The giblets make excellent gravy and the goose fat turns potatoes in the to perfect roast potatoes.
