“Great service and fabulous tasting turkey, that excellent animal husbandry certainly pays off! This year I cooked it long and slow so it fell off the bone …. I’d sat in with onions , celery, carrots and herbs covered in pancetta and covered With tight foil. And cooked for 12 hours on 100 ….. I was then going to brown it in a hotter oven for 30 mins before resting ….. but decided it didn’t t need it … I drained off all the liquor ( which made the most amazing gravy) recovered it and popped it back in the 100 degrees oven while I roasted and cooked everything else … it sat there happily for another hour and then rested for 30 minutes….. so happy to pay a worthy price for a very well looked after animal ..Wendy ❤️”

“Absolutely delicious turkey for a family Christmas. We are eating the leftovers now and enjoying the soup made from scraps and stock from the carcass with the spare vegetables. Thoroughly enjoying it all, and knowing the bird had been so well cared for, for its own sake and for ours.”
