“Great service. Responded to my email promptly and overall great if not a touch expensive. A friend said to me when I tried to introduce her to the farm, If you have money, you can have morals and higher standards”

“My recent order arrived partially defrosted with some items being half defrosted. I emailed customer service about this but nobody came back to me. Not sure if I'll be coming back for more :(”

Hi Michal, I'm sorry you didn't receive our reply to your email, we did come back to you straight away, but frustratingly the email we sent kept bouncing back, with a 'delivery status notification failure' warning. Can please contact me so that we can discuss this further? My number is 01460 53988. Many thanks, Ollie

“Our order arrived well packed on time and frozen, we left it in the fridge to defrost and cooked it for dinner on Sunday. Infused it with garlic and rosemary, it was sweet, juicy, and tender served with roast potatoes roast carrots, and roast parsnips, and broccoli. That was the Lamb the Chicken we will be having this weekend and then we will be looking forward to receiving our Christmas Goose from you and more tasty food in the New year.”
