“My doctor has been saying I need to eat pasture-raised chicken and grass-fed, organic burgers, and I’m glad I came to this company. The delivery was very quick (2 days), and I like the chicken more than the unhealthy, non-pasture-raised M&S chicken. I’ll be coming back due to the outstanding service provided. Thank you!!!”

Hi Martin, I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with the turkey and the service received. The short best before date was a simple printing error, as I explained in my email to you earlier this week, it should have read April 2024 not 2023! Deliveries can take up to two days to arrive and this is also explained on our delivery information page. I understand it can be frustrating when parcels take an extra day to be delivered, but the delay won't have had any negative effect on the quality of the product received, our packaging will keep the meat protected for the duration of the delivery. Regarding the premium price paid, this reflects the fantastic life the turkeys have enjoyed, having been raised in a small batch, on pasture, for a period of 6 months while being lovingly cared for by our team and fed on a completely natural, and organic diet before being hand-plucked, oven-prepared and delivered to you. I am sorry we couldn't meet your expectations on this occasion. Kind regards, Ollie
