With a hefty fat cap which will be used in making a stock, and thick pieces of meat, we got exactly what we desired in the order with enough to be used for future meals besides. “Meat is always full of flavour, delivery and packaging spot on, and on the single occasion we've had a problem (with the Christmas turkey delivery) it was resolved easily. Whilst the products are more expensive than supermarket equivalents, they are much better value, so we just eat less meat but better meat! Pleased to support proper farmers rather than industrial agribusiness.”
