“I inadvertently ordered an item in the wrong colour, admitted to my error via email and it was swiftly deal with. Unfortunately one item was then damaged in transit but, again, very promptly resolved and a replacement sent. Excellent and efficient Customer Services team (shout out to Adeela)... and my daughter is really pleased with the items received too. Sturdy, with a lovely vintage feel that will only get better with use.”

“Just received an order containing a deep dish plate set, plate set, bowl prep set and teapot/mugs in Pigeon Grey -- just beautiful! In color and feel, you can tell these are a quality product. We can't wait to use them in our Airstream camper as we go "glamping" this season in style!”

“I kept seeing these pitchers and teapots for sale at Marlow goods as I waited in line for my coffee. To my delight, I saw the special in the Spring Green Pitcher with the two cups and jumped on it on the Falcon ware website. It showed up in less than a week from GB! They all bring my JOY just looking at them!”

“Shame I’ve only just discovered Falcon ware. So compact/stackable, light-weight & easy to clean. I very rarely cook in a microwave so these, including plates are my everyday essentials. They have replaced plastic picnic ware too.”

“Easy to clean, lightweight, versatile, handsome. I love my Falcon enamelware, for baking it has replaced all the stoneware, glass and other metal baking dishes. The website is easy to use, my order was shipped on time and arrived early. The packaging is really nice, keeps the product safe. I wish Falcon enamelware was sold in more US retail locations.”

“I am newly in love with the vibrant colors and sheer delight of having these tumblers and pitchers around. The top on the teapot could use a bit of redesign, as it is not easy to grab or hold - the button top is hard to get a grip on. But I love this stuff. The colors make this line very special, and fun to use.”
