i had ordered the swarovski links for my angel i necklace just for it to not fit my refund still hand come in yet is adverted as swarovski and is priced the same but isn’t

Dear customer. I'm sorry to hear that your Swarovski extender did not fit your bracelet. I can confirm that there is a large and small version of this extender and that it was the small version that you had ordered. I will email privately and send the link to the larger version if you still wish to order. I can also confirm that we are an official Swarovski stockist and that all our products, including extenders, come directly from Swarovski. Each item is branded with the official Swarovski logo. Lastly, your return was received by post on Friday afternoon and refunded today within 1 working day which we feel is a suitably quick timeframe. The Faith Team

Please note that when sterling silver comes into contact with certain chemicals / products, it may cause discolouration. Arrived in a cheap tacky gift bag and parcel package. As I brought an expensive gift. Presentation isn't quite right with this company at all may as well buy your item at the local charity shop. Of how poor the item was and the packaging. Sorry but not good at all.

We have no input in the design or quality of the packaging used and if the item was ordered directly from Swarovski, the item, box and gift bag would be exactly the same. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return to us within 28 days for a full refund.

All Swarovski extenders are supplied directly to us from Swarovski and will be stamped with a swan on the clasp as shown in the picture. I returned an item to them for refund at the same time as other parcels to other places. Every other parcel was delivered within a few days so I am convinced Faith Jewellers have received the item back but are denying they have so as to not refund me. This was over 2 weeks ago. They currently owe me approx £50 in refund that I am yet to receive. It simply does not take that long so either they have the item but have not processed it properly or they are simply trying to duck out of refunding me. Shocking lack of customer care and service.

Hi we understand your disappointed but I can assure you we have not received your item for return. Our returns are checked daily and are currently up to date. Once we receive the return we will process the refund via your original payment. You will receive email notification once complete on our side. As you do not have your post office receipt with the tracking information we would advise contacting the post office you sent the return from to see if they have a record of the tracking number. We have emailed all this information and are still waiting for your reply. Please be assured once we receive you item back we will process a full refund. We cannot issue a refund for an item we have not received. If the item has been lost in the post then we advise you make a claim through Royal Mail. Kind Regards Rodney Managing Director

Hi Susan I'm sorry you feel necessary to leave us a a one star review. I feel this is very unfair as we have checked your order details. Although there is a Next Day Delivery option you selected the free standard delivery service. Your item was ordered on the Sunday 19th February at 9.45pm. We despatched the item to you at 11.39am on Monday 20th through a Tracked 48 Royal Mail service. Your item arrived on Wednesday 22nd February. This was one day ahead of schedule as your estimated delivery date at time of order was displayed as the 23rd February. Kind Regards Rodney Managing Director

Item never arrived, resulting in a Christmas present not being given. Apparently it is the fault of the cornier and not them, however no regard for the situation of the customer. left refusing to refund for 30 days. Ridiculous.

Hi Ian Apologies you have not received your order yet. Due to the ongoing Royal Mail industrial action parcels are moving much slower through their system. Unfortunately this is something beyond our control. We have checked your tracking reference and you parcel arrived in Warrington Mail Centre on Sunday 4th December. Upon opening the watch, which I had bought for my daughter as a gift, I noticed that the plastic seal on the back had been removed and was sticky with residue and looked used, it was even working. No seal on the face and the guarantee bent. Unfortunately not in a condition that I would give as a gift.

Hi Sarah, I have checked the status of your order with Royal Mail and they have confirmed delivery via next day delivery as expected on 10th August to the delivery address you had provided. (Confirmed in private email today) We have also checked our records and unfortunately can not see any correspondence from you before now to advise that you have not received the parcel otherwise we would have been more than happy to launch an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf to try to resolve the issue. Hi Gharar I feel this one-star review is very unreasonable. You ordered a watch for £199.50 on the 24th of December 2021. On the 26th December, you noticed it had reduced in price to £149.50 in the post-Christmas Sales. We refunded you the £50 on the 30th of December. On the 25th of January, you then returned the watch for a full refund. This was over the 28-day refund policy but as goodwill and good customer service, we gave you a full refund. We have emailed you to inform you of this on each occasion. Therefore 'Lack off, rather NO communication of issue raised' Very unfair and unreasonable on your behalf to leave us a one-star review.
