Dear customer, I can confirm that we are an official Swarovski stockist and that all our products come directly from Swarovski in the original packaging provided by them & stamped warranty card. Can I ask for further details as to why you are not 100% happy with your purchase?

We ordered from your site you were very cooperative and fast, The royal mail delivered the material to aramex site as bulk delivery with other orders, it is mixed with other orders, aramex request more details with signed delivery note which is not provided by you nor royal mail, Up to date I didn’t received my order ( already lost ) and i lost my money as well

Dear customer. I have looked into the details of your order and can confirm that it was dispatched from us on 5th February and delivered by Royal Mail on 7th February. Your first email to us was on 18th February to say that your parcel had not been received and we replied on 19th with tracking details and, as you has not selected a signed for service for this order, a delivery photo showing where on the premises the order had been left. When you confirmed that you still were unable to locate the parcel, we launched a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf on 21st February with a claim reference, just 3 days after your initial communication with us to make us aware of the issue. In light of this, we feel that we have done everything we can to try to resolve the issue which is still ongoing with Royal Mail and were under the impression that you were happy with our service as your last email thanked us for our 'patience and assistance' on the matter.

Service was great quick delivery however I did a severe reaction to the supposedly silver earrings making me questioned if these we genuine… can’t return for hygiene reason but will not be buying anything else from your website

All Hot Diamonds Products are 925 Hallmarked. Beautiful bracelet however there was a knot which took over an hour to undo! Would have expected this to have been done before it was sent!

Hi Ruth Apologies the Bracelet did not arrive in 100% condition. We do take time to check each item before it is dispatched so possibly it was tangled in transit. We also have a couple of students in training for the Christmas period so I must let them know to take care when packaging the goods. We do try and keep part of the bracelet or necklace outside of the pouch so they do not turn into knot. Apologies once again and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Hi Nathalie, I apologies for the delay in receiving your parcel. We are aware that Royal Mail are experiencing delays due to the volume of post and I would imagine that the courier on the French side is probably the same. Your parcel appears to be still making it's way through the system and will hopefully arrive soon. We have tracked your parcel and its currently in Roissy Piac Export in France. It was delivered to France on the 2nd December so unfortunately its a problem with the French Postal system. They are under extreme pressure at the moment due to Christmas Demand and Covid-19. I received the wrong secrid wallet. I was given navy with silver rather than the navy wallet with blue metal care holder
