Hi we have looked into your order. It was despatched Special Delivery Royal Mail 1st December. I can only apologie on behalf of Royal Mail. Hi Ian Apologies you have not received your order yet. Due to the ongoing Royal Mail industrial action parcels are moving much slower through their system. Unfortunately this is something beyond our control. We have checked your tracking reference and you parcel arrived in Warrington Mail Centre on Sunday 4th December. “Faith Jewellers has a lot to offer! So many brands as well as different types of jewellery. From diamond rings, to watches, bracelets, necklaces, charms etc, you really are spoilt for choice. The staff are most friendly and helpful. Buying a gift for a family member or friend is easy as there is so much to choose from and you're more than likely to find something in this beautiful store or on their website. Follow their Facebook page to be kept up to date with offers etc. The shop is very well laid out and spacious to walk around.”
