The earrings are nice but not quite what I expected. They are narrower than they looked in the image and bendable which I really didn't expect.

I ordered a bracelet which broke after one wear, Faith were very understanding and sent me a return label to return the item which I did but have heard nothing since regarding my refund.

Hi we have just tracked your item which you posted back to us on Wednesday 26th April and can see it is due to be delivered today, as yesterday was a bank holiday. As advised via email we will refund your item as soon as we receive it. Hope this helps. Many Thanks

Not your fault, but the delivery was terrible. Royal Mail took forever. Strikes were not the cause. We were a little concerned too, as the packaging doesn't match the Swarovski that we have been collecting for over 20+ years.

Hi sorry you feel disappointed with Royal Mail. We have used them for over 5 years and 99.9% of the time they are very good. Unfortunately in this crazy world at the moment Royal Mail and other companies are striking which does seem to have an affect on the deliveries times. Unfortunately this is something outside our control. Regarding the Swarovski Packaging. We have been an official stockist of Swarovski since 2010. Only this year have Swarovski decided to rebrand from there familiar blue box packaging to a more modern multi coloured box with a cream bag. Going forward all new product will have this packaging. Price very good and much cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Our necklace arrived well packaged and even had a nice bag included which was a bonus. Only issue I have is why oh why in this day and age use Royal Mail? Predictably Royal Mail had issues I could track it on the first day then after that had no idea where it was as no further communication was sent. Thankfully it was at the local sorting office. Albeit they only open 3 hours a day and slap bang in the middle of most people’s working day. So for that reason only I’d probably not order again.

My order was took and then they decided there was none available andhad to order in which also didnt come and then it did. Was sort of left hanging few days before christmas too late to order elsewhere. Did arrive though just in time.

Hi Jill Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service provided by Faith Jewellers. You Ordered a Click and Collect service for a Michael Kors watch. Your order was placed on Friday 17th December in which case you had purchased the last one of these items we had in stock. When we went to collect the watch from our Rushmere store unfortunately another customer had purchased the watch. This was 6 minutes after your web order was received. We checked our stock availability and noticed we had several of these watches in transit from the supplier so we contacted you and offered you the choice of a full refund or to wait on the goods arriving which we knew would arrive before Christmas. We expected the watch to arrive within a day or two but with the Courier delays on Christmas week, your watch arrived on Wednesday 22nd December. 2 working days later than expected. May I once again apologise for the delay in getting you your product but we do try our best. Customer Service is our main focus. Many Thanks Rodney Managing Director

Really friendly service - I called to check stock and received product in a good delivery timescale. Slight issue which team at Faith resolved without quibble very quickly and it wasn't even of their doing. Excellent service would use again.

Hi Kevin Sorry to hear the Hugo Boss watch box did not arrive in perfect condition. We check all our orders on dispatch so possibly it was damaged in transit. Would you be happy if we sent you a new box out today special delivery so you have first thing tomorrow? Apologies once again. Rodney

Quick delivery just disappointed with packaging, no gift bag and sticky label on bix that couldn’t be removed without taking some of the top layer of box off. It was for a gift so this was disappointing . Otherwise good price and delivery

apart from the online purchase & speedy delivery a very disappointing tacky looking Guess necklace arrived. I returned it the same day & almost a week later I still not have received my refund.

Hi Alyson We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service your received from Faith Jewellers. I have investigated this for you. Your Order was placed Monday evening 19th July and dispatched Tuesday 20th July. The item was returned to our Rushmere store on Thursday afternoon 22nd July. As this was a Web Sale the item had to be transferred to our Head Office to be processed for a refund. Our Office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays so we processed your refund the next working day which as Monday 26th July. As this was a card transaction it can sometimes take a few days for your bank to process. As far as the quality of the Guess product we can only send your feedback to Guess as we are only an official stockist of this brand and not involved in the design or manufacture. The service and responses by Faith Jewellers has been very good. Unfortunately their choice of delivery i.e Royal Mail has let them down. Our package dispatched by Faith immediately took two weeks to arrive even through it was mean't to be next day delivery. Such a shame as this was for a birthday present and then too late for our requirements. Potentially Faith Jewellers deserve a higher rating.

Hi Ann Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately not many courier services offer insurance on delivery of Jewellery so we are really tied to Royal Mail. We do have a few problems with speed of delivery sometimes but in general Royal Mail provide a good service. Sorry to hear your package took so long to arrive. Many Thanks Rodney
