I returned an item to them for refund at the same time as other parcels to other places. Every other parcel was delivered within a few days so I am convinced Faith Jewellers have received the item back but are denying they have so as to not refund me. This was over 2 weeks ago. They currently owe me approx £50 in refund that I am yet to receive. It simply does not take that long so either they have the item but have not processed it properly or they are simply trying to duck out of refunding me. Shocking lack of customer care and service.
