“Was initially very excited to find a jewellery who did amazing designs, spent hours looking at their online designs ordered and was fairly disappointed with the size of the birthstones and colour was almost clear and not blue as per picture on website and the chain - very tiny for the price paid and the sterling silver chains were very thin one tug and would snap. the packaging it came in was well made and beautiful, i guess thats what we paid the high price for. Unfortunately, was a gift so couldnt return. Thank you ST”

Hi Sushma We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with your purchase. You purchased a Sterling Silver March Birthstone CZ Halo Necklace & Earrings Set 7x7mm on a 16-18" sterling silver chain for a price £28 less a further 10% discount. Therefore £25.20 in total. I feel this is quite a reasonble price for a pair of sterling silver CZ earrings and Pendant with chain to match including gift box and bag. The item does clearing state the size of the earrings and pendant as 7mm in diamator. The reason for the light colour of the stone is that March is Auqamarine which is a very light blue. We sell a lot of these sets online and instore and the majority customers feel these sets to be good value. Silver has increased a lot recently as well as gold. I would ask you to show us another set from a Jewellers that is cheaper than this set so we can assess our great value pricing policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase please feel free to return to us within the 28 days for a full refund. Apologies once again. The Faith Team

They have a wonderful selection. their service is second to none, and they offer amazing loyalty points. Our latest purchase was an Ariana Grande x Swarovski mixed cuts dragonfly pendant. It’s really beautiful, and it’s the perfect gift for a little girl’s 10th birthday.”
