“Jewellery received was supposed to be Sterling Silver looked dull, grey verging on tarnished. You do not answer your telephone to deal with customer queries. Email responses slow. Very disappointing all round will not be ordering from you again. Very poor customer service. Misleading what you advertise to what you actually receive!”

Hi Denise We have already replied to you on you 1 star google review. Please do not order from us again as we dont want you as a customer. We feel your review is extremely unreasonable and unfair. You ordered 3 sterling silver items on 7th December. Despatched 8th and delivered on the 11th. These items were all brand new and top sellers without any complaints from any other customers. We sent you a free returns label as requested on the 18th December. You posted this back on the 23rd December. We received the return on the 27th December. We processed your refund 4 working days after receiving the return. We are sorry you feel this timeframe is unacceptable at an extremely busy time of year. The Faith Team
