“When I received the Earrings,there was only one in the box and I eventually found the other one loose in the corner of the postage packet,which so easily could have been lost and the scroll was not on it and when I found the scroll just loose it would not stay on, so squeezed it up a bit so it fitted. BUT IT WAS A VERY POOR THING TO HAVE HAPPENED But it was too close to Christmas to complain And I bet you won't put this in your feedback”

Hi Tim I have just checked your order and can confirm you ordered a pair of Hot diamonds Earrings on the 15th December. The earrings are placed together in a pouch and checked before depatch. One of the earrings must have fallen out in transit or when you opened the package it may have accentiially fallen into the envelope. All Hot Diamonds product are sent direct to us by the manufacture. We must let Hot Diamonds know your feedback to check all their backs on earrings are secured better.
