“They supposed to arrive on the friday but never came to Tues. Also I would advise anyone to try swarovski website as the earings i ordered were £15 cheaper than faith!”

We have checked your order and can confirm that the estimated delivery date at time of ordering was Tuesday 28th April so the order was delivered on schedule for the delivery method chosen. We do offer a next day service for orders needed urgently but this was not selected for this order. In terms of price differences with Swarovski, if Swarovski have their own sale/offers from time to time, that is beyond our control. We do our best to offer customers discounts/sales where possible. If you are not 100% happy with your order it can be returned in unworn condition within 28days for a full refund. The Faith Team
