“I want to cancel the orfrr because my daughter ordered by my mistake so I Email them few minutes after placing asking them to cancel it but no answer and no one reply . They sent it , the reason that I want to cancel it because I have the same necklace .”

We responded to this email at 1.52pm stating the below: Hi, Your order was dispatched to Royal Mail at 12.52pm so we are unable to cancel it, sorry. “You have a particular item I buy each year which I have difficulty finding elsewhere, it is always available at Faith Jewellers and sold at a very reasonable price however, this does not mean I am blind to the rest of your extensive range of products. I browes and search and assure you I would always shop with you at my first stop, the reason being is you have offered everything I have requested, the price is right and your service is excellent.
