I absolutely adore fairyloot and the beautiful books. The only downside is the boxes in general becoming extremely repetitive but the books keep me subscribed. A book only subscription at some point would be so much better because I could never not have fairyloot, you guys are great and always go above and beyond

The boxes are always well made with many useful and lovely things in them. However I find sometimes the products in the boxes are repetitive and as such become less useful despite how great they are.

I think I’ve been subscribed to Fairyloot for just over three years now, I would of loved to of given 5 stars but I want to be as honest as I can. To start with the positives, you can really see how far you have come, the books being hand signed, reversible dust jackets, beautiful sprayed edges, the little details and the books are normally something that I really enjoy reading. The items are normally very very good and quite often useful (which I do enjoy) and I think I’ve noticed as well that you have gone more eco friendly which I really really appreciate. The reason why I couldn’t give 5 stars is because I have received damaged items and my September box is currently missing. Not only this I was hit by fraudulent activity on my account with a lot of money taken from me, and when I informed you nothing was really done even though I said the Bank said it came from your site and it was the only thing I’d paid for. I completely understand that you have a lot of customers, but I do feel like customer service should be a high priority and sometimes I’ll get a response pretty quick and other times feel like I’m left waiting especially when it concerns something that FL would be able to help with and not damage to a book. I think your replacement process is very very good, any time I’ve had an issue with damaged items you have always been able to help me with that and gave a time frame (once again completely understand why things can take longer due to the current situation) I also want to highlight that your new procedure of buying special edition items Is SO much better and reduces the stress completely.. I received my Daevabad Trilogy set and the packaging for that was absolutely flawless, and I feel like any special edition books should be packaged with extra care instead of just the wrapping (if that makes sense?) For me personally I would love the standard of items to be equally good throughout the months (even if I’m not part of the fandoms) and would lile to see other items more than others and maybe try other companies to work with instead of sticking to one. For example with candles you always use the same company and they do smell lovely, but when you burn them there’s not the pay off of the smell (that’s just my experience with them). From what I can gather Fairyloot has grown and grown (so so happy for you guys because it’s honestly amazing) I just hope that it doesn’t get to a point where you are unable to manage the number of subscribers and things go downhill where you can meet the needs of people. I will continue to support your business, you’ve brought me many new and interesting books (some completely new and exciting reads that I’d never of read without FL my main example is The Storm Crow and The Merciful Crow both 5 star reads.) I hope you are aware these comments are supposed to be constructive criticism and the things you do are amazing!

i’ve been subscribed to Fairyloot for quite some time now and i can honestly say that your exclusive editions are getting better each month. The best thing about your boxes are always the books; the stunning sprayed pages, the author signature, hidden art under the dust jackets; these are the things i’m obsessed with. I also subscribe to Owlcrate and tbh Fairyloot has the better book editions but Owlcrate often has the better items, that’s the only reason i’m giving 4/5 stars.

I've loved my fairyloot boxes since the start, seeing the box each month would bring so much excitement! You were my first sub and will always be my favourite, your exclusive edition books are simply amazing! However, the excitement for the items has died down, as I've been a subscriber for many years now, i have a lot of items which are starting to duplicate over and over which I simply no longer have the need or space for. I lost my job 2 weeks ago which obviously now puts my subscription with you in jeopardy. A book only option would not only help me financially but would continue my excitement about getting what Fairyloot was/is originally all about, books! Of course when possible, I would still love a full box, especially for fandoms I love, but i think a book only option would benefit many members of the Fairyloot community, especially this year when a lot of peoples finances are tight. Keep doing what you love ans bringing us your amazing special editions. Love Clare.

I love getting a box ever month, the only thing I have to say that is bad is that I would like to have more diverse this in the box 🤔

I always love the books and subscribing has led me to recall expand my reading as I tend to buy the books that items are based on if I have not read them. I would say that fairyloot have handled covid and shipping issues really well. However, they did have some security issues earlier this year that I think could have been dealt with sooner.

Mainly good and surprising in item choice, even fantastic at times. I wouldn’t change the book covers, though I love the sprayed edges and the signed books. I would like more variety in the titles instead of the same as so many other box subscriptions, and I love candles as well as swag that matches the book covers. Thank you for all your efforts.

I've been subscribed for a few years now and always enjoy when my box arrives. Beautiful books and an array of items to keep everyone entertained. I've had a box lost once and a damaged book another time however customer service always responded quickly and sent replacements which was fantastic. My only pitfall with this company is the use of social media as their main news sharing space. I am not on Instagram or Facebook at all hours of the day and their algorithms mean I frequently miss their news or updates posts.

I woul like more usable stuff so if the items are repeated you still get something out of you. But overall very happy with your company.
