Everything is ok but delivery sometimes is not good, take time with royal mail! I prefer different delivery company! Back in 2, 3 years time was DHL delivery and was so much better!

Received my order with a massive hole in the box and a bag taped around it. Emailed customer service and they just said they will take it up with Royal Mail. No real apology or incentive for me to purchase from them again. Disappointed as I spent almost £100 with them.

Hi Anita, We are sorry to hear this, we have checked the emails and can see our customer service team did apologise for how the package was received from Royal Mail and checked the CCTV to confirm that it had not been sent from us in this way. wide range of excellent products promptly delivered, somewhat disappointed by recent experience. I am a regular customer and ordered a large amount which qualified for a free gift advertised on website, only to be to told it wasnt available after the purchase with no alternative offered. Contacted customer services who basically just said thats the way it is and they would make sure they took the advert down! disappointing for loyal customers who regularly place larger orders

Quick delivery, thank you. But I'm very disappointed that my gift was missing on a purchase of over £100. There was a package, but there is no product inside. I promised to give my daughter a present, but I had to upset her.

It's always been a fantastic experience but unfortunately it's been disappointing this time. I trued to reach customer service several time but haven't heard from them and asked for return later and I am still waiting.

Friendly staff. Fast delivery. Loyalty points could be more flexible for redemption such as money off for next purchase, while the expiry date could be extended as long as there is a purchase history within 12 months, the points will be extended and rolled over.

Unnecessary time wasting filling in consultation form whilst u try to raise sales. This should be optional if customer wants advice. Environ eye gel excellent product.

Cheaper than anywhere else for the products I use, but even their prices have crept up alot and they send discount codes that don't work as the product I was buying was already discounted! (as are most of the products on their website!) But quick delivery

Hi Jan, Please accept our apologies that you couldn't use your discount code. As you mentioned, discount codes cannot be used on products that are already on offer. We do try to have as many offers as possible to give the best price we can. Some products can also be put onto a subscription, which would be slightly cheaper and would guarantee the lowest price. The skinceutical product is as described and slightly cheaper than on other websites. I was however a little disappointed that it took 5 days to arrive and I was also expecting skinceutical samples.

Shame that rewards can’t be used for all brands that are frequently purchased, even though points are gained by purchasing those brands. It forces you to consume by spending on other things not needed (unsustainable) or lose your points. Also made an error activating points to redeem to only see it was for a minimum spend of £250 but didn’t pay attention. And can’t un activate it I feel it’s unnecessary. Not sure how your price these rewards but you may put off a customer like me for having too many rules

Hi Sorry you feel disappointed with our rewards, and thank you for your feedback. We do receive great feedback from rewarding our customers with points, discount codes and free gifts. Unfortunately there are a few brands out of the over 150 that we stock that we cannot include in these. Once a discount code is made from your points it will not expire so this will stay in your account until you use this. Kind Regards Face the Future

I started buying from face the future because of the shopping experience and the generosity of the samples. The deliveries have gotten slower and the samples have gotten smaller / non existent. However they have a great selection of products so I stay. I used to buy a lot more pricey items initially so maybe that’s why .
