“I was excited to try this product after all the great reviews. I used my regular SPF 30 for the first week of my holiday and then switched to this on my second week. I followed the instructions, but burnt on the first day. I did not get a nice tan, but was sore and pink. Face the Future have been very unhelpful and cannot offer any support. Coco & Eve won’t help as I didn’t buy directly from them. I would not recommend this product or this company.”

Hi Elizabeth, We’re so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the experience you have had with ourselves at Face the Future and that this has not met your expectations. As advised by our Customer Service Team, we do not offer a money back guarantee and the item itself is neither defective or faulty. We of course advise that with all SPFs, reapplication is required frequently, especially after swimming. It is also advised to stay out of sun during the hottest times, utilizing shaded areas. Depending on the temperature where you are, a higher SPF may also be required. Kind regards, Face the Future

Hi Jane, We can see that our Customer Service Team sent a response to you, via email, on the 25th July: 'Thank you for getting in touch, I hope you are well. I have checked your order, and can see that the mesoestetic spray you purchased was from the clearance section, and that there may be damage to the packaging, which does include missing lids etc. Please be assured this product has not been used. As per the website T&Cs we do not accept returns on clearance products.' https://www.facethefuture.co.uk/pages/terms-conditions We hope this helps!
