“My wife ordered a rather expensive package early december as a Christmas gift (from me) to cut a long story short we eventually tracked down the package weeks after Christmas. F the F whilst sympathetic, left it entirely down to us to chase, track, visit postal offices, etc. The products they supply are good value, their customer service is very poor.”

“I did not receive the correct items. I received Filorga Lift-Masks. I wanted the Hyalu-Filler Flash Masks. The exchange policy of paying for return postage and the tracking is rather "taxing". I will order from a different site in the future.”

“I previously bought this product from a hairdressers in london and was wonting to purchase again. Having curly hair its hard finding the right products and so glad I found this website.
