Unfortunately the spf skinceuticals eye product was hardened in the tube when it arrived I emailed face the future and they gave me the telephone number if loreal? They told me to call them however since the consumer act UK states that a product not fit for purpose should be refunded by the retailer I then looked up the company details on gov. UK fir the name of their CEO, whom I emailed, so much as to say the CEO of facethefuture was unsure herself in a couple of days the CEO got back to me with a return form plus prepaid postage but it was a whole lot of emails, and I was not happy with the customer service here for a high end product. I will not be using this company again but I expect they will have taken this on board

I ordered 3 weeks ago and still didn’t receive my order. It’s been in Transit for 14 days. Whats the problem?

Disappointing customer experience. I received a product that was not satisfactory and in order to seek a replacement or refund I have to contact the company that manufactures the product directly. I have never had to go through that process before.

I ordered my products on 4th.April. It is now May 18th. I still haven’t received them, despite numerous calls to customer services and owners of the company.

I received a damaged product. The package arrived open, with both the cellophane and product plastic seal broken. I notified customer services and the response I received was atrocious. No apology whatsoever. I’d never purchase from the site again after being left with an unusable product. Not what I’d expect from a site selling premium products. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered 4 bottles of Cerave due to bad eczema and was told it would arrive latest by Thursday. I was only sent 1 bottle and when it came to Thursday the rest was nowhere to be seen. I'm in so much discomfort and its now Monday.

I ordered the sample packs in which I received 3 items ... the Spf 50 tolerance fluid was the colour of water when I squeezed it out & had a Strong odd smell, this was unfortunately same with all 3 items despite shaking before use. It is clear items have gone off either due to out of date or incorrect storage.
