“I've always been really happy with Face The Future. Their deliveries are fast, and their pricing reasonable. However more recently, every time I place an order I'm asked to complete a questionnaire, I understand why, that's not my issue, my issue is that this is information required every 4 months, and up until a few months ago I was only asked to complete the form when the last one had expired. Now I get them every time I place an order, so I'm having to check if it's needed each time, as no one informs you it's not needed, which means it halts the delivery until done. I've asked them to go back to the original plan of only requesting every 4 months but they can't, despite this being the way they have always done it. Very annoying.”

Hi Jo Thank you for your review, and we apologise if you find this annoying. Whenever a Environ order is placed the system automatically sends out an Environ form, this doesn't mean you need to fill one out every time. Customer service team check this everyday and will only contact you if the consultation is out of date. Unfortunately it is a stipulation from the brand that we need to have a completed form every 4 months for us to be able to sell Environ products. Kind Regards Face the Future
