“Re Valerie. Perimenopause supplement. This product is amazing. Having struggled with overwhelming tiredness and fatigue in perimenopause, and feeling low as each day was balanced finely between work and pj's. I desperately wanted enough energy to get up, spend time with family and friends and feel back in control again. A few days after starting this product, I was staying awake and alert with more clarity and focus. I highly recommend.”

“The item arrived in a torn envelope. The postman took a picture of it. The tube was squished out of its box and floating inside the envelope. I don't know if it was still full or partly used. Didn't look attractive. Must improve on the delivery wrapping.”

“Really disappointed the item never arrived - i was asked to fill out a missing form. I have been told i will get a response in 30 days? In the meantime i am £30 down without the product ? Poor service first and last time I will shop here.”

Hi Lisa Sorry you are disappointed. As your parcel states it was delivered with Royal Mail we do need to raise this as a claim with them. As stated in the email from Customer service it is up to 28 working days, but can be earlier depending on Royal Mail. Please be assured we chase claims with Royal Mail on a daily basis and we will be in touch as soon as we have a response. Kind Regards Face the Future
