“I placed an order for 2 products and quickly realised I’d ordered 1 wrong item (both items were very similar ) - I emailed to ask if the item could be changed for the correct one as it hadn’t yet been processed. A quick response told me even though the order wasn’t yet processed I would receive what I ordered and I could go through the returns process and then place another order ! I know it was my error but I feel it could’ve possibly been changed to save the hassle of paying for a return , waiting for refund and then re ordering/paying for delivery .”

“My recent purchases are the Holy Grail box which is totally incredible value for money. It's a birthday present from myself and I love it. Also the freebie Jetsetter bag full of goodies was well received. When I telephone Face the Future I explain that I am allergic to linalool in products and they are always vso very helpful and patient. Last week I ordered my nine yards dry shampoo which is my holiday go to product. Also I ordered more Coola sun spray. All the top cruise lines seem to stick Coola if nothing else but it was £10 more than from Face the Future. Your bargains are amazing, your product knowledge is excellent and I always hope to deal with you,as you are fairly local to me and truly deserve my business. Keep up the good work in doing what you do and thankyou. !”
