“Prodcuts arrived on time and as they are sent with Royal Mail I could track and even have them re-directed elsewhere. I love Face the Future for this reason as parcels do not get lost. Quality is also a really good reason to shop with them. Venn and Medic8 are curently my favorite at the moment and these lotions and potions do deliver great results if used daily”

“Using FacetheFuture has left me with a Shopify / Shopme problem on my phone. When ordering from other companies I am automatically charged against a particular credit card, it does not ask for cvc or authorisation. I can’t remove this and I think this is dangerous - I will not use this site again”

“Face the Future is obviously a professional, ethical company with the the care of its clients ar heart.I was disappointed to learn that my first order had not been successful, due to my ordering products which were perhaps too advanced for my skin care routine. I didn't learn of this until I had ordered and paid for my products. I was promptly reimbursed but I had to begin the whole process again. with regard to the products I am currently using from you, I don't feel that I have been using them long enough to comment on their efficacity. Indeed I am unsure as to whether I am reviewing the company, Face the Future or the products I have purchased, but I assume it is the former. You have taken great care to ensure that I don't acquire the wrong products, so thank you. I've just seen the remaining questions!”

Hi Jenny, Thank you for your review, we have checked and can see that our Customer Service team did respond to your email. The delay in receiving your order was with Royal Mail, they attempted delivery on 2 occasions but there was no answer so your parcel was sent to a local delivery office for collection.
