“The Bioderm lip barrier balm is good but unfortunately I cannot say the same for the Sensibio AR cream.I have rosacea and it doesn’t work for me so I wouldn’t recommend it”

“I have ordered the serum and everything seemed to be alright but I have seen a video on Instagram that La Roche Possay products have called back due to some Suspicious of leading to cancer. I have stopped using them until I have more information.”

“I’ve been a customer of Face the Future for several years and always been very happy with the products and customer service. My most recent purchase included a mystery bag at £28.00. Unfortunately, this contained items that were disappointing and of no use to me. I believed from the marketing the items would be skincare only.”

“Delivered in good time, and products ordered were good. My order came with free gifts but unfortunately one the items leaked and wanted a replacement which they were unable to offer. I think if free gifts are going to be sent to try out they need to ensure that they are not damaged so we can make good use of the products for future purchases.”

“I love the products on face the future and customer service - however only giving 4 stars as the only thing I'm unhappy with is once I earn a 20% voucher the spending limit to use it is £250. I believe once earned it should be allowed to be spent on any amount due to the spending of earning it.”

“I mistakenly ordered the wrong product and emailed customer service within 5–10 minutes to request a change. Unfortunately, I was informed that the order couldn’t be changed but that I could return the item for a refund (with transport costs deducted). I decided to keep the product and gift it to a family member instead, and I reordered the correct item through Amazon. Apart from this, I had no issues at all. The customer service response was very quick, which I appreciated.”
