“Would give it full marks except for not being able to redeem points against my purchase. This has always been a sticking point with FTF for me. Other than that good choice of products and delivery”

“have been shopping with them for almost a year now. amazinh products! never had bad experince. always get THE BEST deal. even tho, once i had received a damaged product, they sent me a new one for free and refunded full money. [ the procees took a biy longer and i had to order another one as i was running out of time :( ] but overall, so far very happy with face the future!”

“Face the Future is my go to for beauty skin products, loads of choice and if you can wait or time it right you can get decent reductions. The only frustrating thing is the bonus points you can earn, there pointless excuse the pun, you can never redeem them there never applicable the the items your buying. Same for NHS discounts (blus light card), they never work. It's the only downfall I'll still purchase from Face the Future.”

“Only received goods today very fast delivery can't comment on the goods I purchased haven't used I'm hoping they are as good as my friends say but I'm more than happy to give update once used. delivery being a day late was not the fault of FTF it was Royal Mail. Only a day so I'm not complaining thank-you FTF”

“did not have any update when i have waited so long for dispatching the item unless I called to ask. but the staff is nice and helpful regarding this as well as the flexibility of refunding the difference.”
