“I love Face the future products! I have been shopping with you for a long time. I am disapointed that the discounts you offer are not clearer. They so often don't apply to alot of the products. I think excluded products should be much clearer. I donated to recive a 20% discount code which didn't apply to anything I was buying. While I am happy to donate to charity (I recently did a charity spin athon that raised £85 of a total £1600 for Breast cancer) I feel the exclusions be more prominent in the advertising of the offers before people go ahead with transactions. I will however always recomend Face the future. I will just be more mindful of apprent offers.”

“The item arrived in a torn envelope. The postman took a picture of it. The tube was squished out of its box and floating inside the envelope. I don't know if it was still full or partly used. Didn't look attractive. Must improve on the delivery wrapping.”

“Only gave 4stars because after orde confirmation was supposed to get email saying when it had been despatched and o never go that bit the order for Ryun within the 3-5 days delivery as stated. So overall content however not tried the product yet.”

“I love the products. However I am advised I have a lot of points but no matter what I do I haven't been able to redeem them. I have put my password in, keep changing password and it is always rejected. Have spoken to office but hadn't been able to solve this.”

“Reliable company to purchase my favoured skin care products from. Delivery is timely and packaging is nice. I do shop around as not all products I buy are the best value from Face The Future, but they are always one I check when I am buying my Dermalogica products and I do normally end up buying one or two items from them.”
