“Was encouraged to use the app, with a discount code. Unfortunately it only worked for some of the products (I checked and my order didn't include any of the excluded brands on the t&c's). I tried contacting FTF, but got no response, so I only ordered the items where the discount was honoured. The app is clunky and isn't easy to navigate and when I tried logging into it again, it just freezes. Otherwise delivery quick and well packaged, and the goods as expected.”

“I have been ordering from them for a while now. Products always arrive on time, well packaged. a wide range of Products available. My only grouse would be their loyalty points scheme - I think the loyalty points should be made available without a minimum spend.”

“I now know that FTF’s Customer Services have the exact same high standard as their order and delivery service. Royal Mail obliterated my last order and I just called FTF and sent them some photos of the damaged products and they were more than happy to send me a replacement order and take responsibility for dealing with Royal Mail. Best Customer Service I’ve experienced in a long time, replacement package arrived within 2 working days.”

“I only buy when products are on offer as the ranges I like are quite pricey. I wish they would include more samples for me to try as I often go on to buy the full size based on the sample performance. My son and his partner spends a lot more on this website than I do and get more samples than I do so I guess it’s based on how much you spend! Packaging and postage is good. Overall reliable company consistently which means a lot as there are a plethora of skincare sites out there. More samples please! Also I wish you would stock MelaQuest? That would be a bonus as I use regularly and so do many others I know on my skincare forums. Thank you for asking/listening.”
