“Easy to use site, well laid out & easy to find & order items. Loyalty scheme in place with points which is helpful. You can swap points for a discount or items. Only downside are the pop ups & marketing.”

“Very disappointed with the secret order. Surely, company that keeps track of all your orders and does some sort of analysis, must understand your concerns and taste. Instead, they send you something so extremely irrelevant that looks like they just want to get rid of old products. Very disappointing experience.”

“An item was missing. You sent a short video proving nothing. The bank agreed it was insufficient and a charge back was given. Your customer service is beyond poor. You tried to get me to blame Royal Mail. Shocking.”

As you confirmed there wasn't, our customer service team then checked the CCTV to see if it was a mistake on our side, we could see that all items were packed into your order and sent the CCTV to show this. “It’s the second time I’m getting a vitamin C that has been coloured already, meaning it was aging before it arrived to me, therefore less active. It’s a shame there is no way to get to customer service, last time I tried on my other parcel as it was dark yellow and nobody came back to me. I ordered before the vitamin c from the same brand and from this website and it was great, but only the first time, the other 2 were yellow and dark yellow, not clear like the first time or the previous times from different websites. Probably old batch and it’s a shame because it’s an expensive product. I’ll buy it some place else, gave them 2 tries from my own pocket, that’s enough. Mrs Green”

“First time using Face the Future. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again. Very smooth easy buying experience and delivery was a little slow BUT I bought over Christmas and new year so that’s to be expected. No complaints. My goods were well packaged.”
