“The instructions were very easy to carry out and all completed wihin a reasonable time frame. It was also a learning experience as I was unaware that Samsung's databases of A3's had to be trawled through. The reset numbers given worked first time when given. I will use the service again should I need to.”

“This was the first option when searching for a phone unlocking service. I did not realise the £11.99 was only for part of the process and that another £45 would be required for unlocking ths phone. It took some time, almost 24 hours, before the phone got unlocked. All and all it is a good service and did deliver. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the cost and time.”

“I very rarely leave 5-star reviews. This is one of those occasions. I am beyond thankful, and grateful that this service worked. I was hesitant at first but decided that if I got myself into a scam I should have known better, and maybe they need the money more than I do. However, after waiting for about half a week, I recieved an email after work. Your phone is unlocked. Wait, what? Wait- Wait, hold on. Did this really work? I put my SIM in and was prompted to enter a SIM Network Unlock PIN. Shoot. Maybe it did not work after all. I read through the email and saw a support option, came over to the website and submitted a support request. The response was nearly immediate with a list of things I could try. However, with my specific situation I knew I needed the numerical key. I asked if they had it and within ten minues, my email chimed and I had a key. I entered it, and it is unlocked. ...It is unlocked. I could not believe it. I tried a phone number to a local company that I knew would be closed at this time, and it went through. I have service, and full service. Thank you, ExpressUnlocks. You saved me much money, confusion, and fulfilled your promises. Thank you for offering this service, though it is a relatively niche one, there is a market for it. I hope that your business continues to grow and trust continues to grow in what you do as well. Thank you for being genuine.”

“Ok I thought it was a scam at first because of the reviews on line. It is actually legit. They provided me with the unlock code for my phone in about 12 hours. Yes it is expensive but its better than having to wait a week for the carrier to unlock it. You pay for the convienence. I am sorry i doubted this.”
